Buildings in which fire or explosion hazard exists due to the presence of (1) highly flammable gases, flammable volatile liquids, their mixtures, or other highly flammable substances, (2) combustible dust or filings in large enough quantity to cause a fire or explosion, and/or (3) easily ignitable fibers or material.
