Definition
Solid, liquid, or gaseous by-product of industrial processes that possesses at least one of the four characteristics: (1) corrosiveness, (2) ignitability, (3) reactivity, (4) toxicity; and which may have to be handled stored, transported, and disposed of in a controlled manner.
