Individual that is in the business or staging homes in order to make them more appealing to prospective buyers. A home stager may conduct this activity with vacant or occupied homes. Furniture may be brought in or taken out depending on the look that the home stager is going for. The idea is to have the prospective buyer feel at home when he/she enters and give them an idea of the potential the home offers.
