hyper micro process map
Definition
An extremely detailed map of a process, including maps of all sub-processes and any sub-processes that may be included in those sub-processes. A hyper micro process map is used when a micro process map does not provide sufficient detail to identify the cause of a problem or the source of observed waste in a process.
