Definition
Data gathered through interaction with people, including focus groups, questionnaires, and customer surveys. Interactional data provides information that Six Sigma practitioners and other process improvement experts can use to build specifications for customer preferences, identify opportunities for process enhancement through collaboration, or detect sources of waste or defects.
