intermediate funding
Definition
Financing required in the maturity stage of a firm where it is stable and steadily growing. Although largely self-sufficient in cash flows from their operations for internal requirements, such firms may require large sums of money for acquisitions, initial public offering (IPO), expansion of facilities or product lines, or to enter new or major foreign markets. Also called second round funding.
intermediate funding is in the Accounting & Auditing and Banking, Commerce & Finance subjects.
