liquidation system
Definition
A system which closes the file on the entry of items. A part of the Automated Commercial System, the liquidation system sets up a batch filing number in order to recover an entry for review. Custom's procedure requires that entries should be liquidated within one year from the date of consumption or warehouse entry.
