Definition
Marketing activities undertaken by enterprises not owning the trademark or trade name of the a marketable enterprise and that receive benefits or value for their use. A trademark is considered to be an intangible asset that, when license is granted for its use, constitutes a transfer of value that is subject to transfer-pricing rules.
