mutual fund cash-to-assets ratio
Definition
How much mutual funds have been invested that can be converted to cash. If the ratio is too high, investors are buying and the fund manager can't account for all the transactions. If the ratio is low, then the fund manager encourages investors and predicts a higher stock yield based on market prices.
