non-GAAP
Definition
Financial information about companies calculated through alternative methods from the "generally accepted accounting principles". Computations may include operating earnings, depreciation, free cash flow, amortization and others, but the lack of standardization in the calculations makes it difficult to compare the data from one company to another and analyze what the numbers mean in terms of real value for a company.
