Definition
Employee recruitment tests that measure finger dexterity, manual dexterity, speed of arm movement, reaction time, etc. These tests include Crawford Small Parts Dexterity Test, Minnesota Rate Of Manipulation Test, Purdue Peg Board, and Stromberg Dexterity Test. In general, only tests measuring specific job related skills or abilities are considered legal. Also called motor and physical ability tests.
