Definition
Conscious or subconscious manner (mode) that determines the likely way in which a person behaves (perceives or reacts) in different situations. In general, there are four such modes (1) Be popular: use communication or persuasion. (2) Be careful: follow instructions and procedures diligently and do what needs to be done. (3) Be strong: take control of the situation and ensure desired results. (4) Be perfect: have goals and pursue high quality in achieving them.
