price of non quality (PONQ)

Aggregate of time, money, and opportunity cost losses resulting from doing things wrong. PONQ is estimated by multiplying time taken to fix a mistake with number of mistakes and full hourly wage rate (including overheads, overtime, benefits, and other expenses).
