replenishment accuracy
Definition
A measurement of how accurately stock-keeping units (SKUs) are relocated from the bulk storage area to the pick area for order fulfillment. Bar coding and other types of tracking technology and software may be used to increase replenishment accuracy by monitoring the automated movement of units on a conveyor system. Low accuracy leads to delays in order processing.
