Concept used as a measure of the quality of the performance of a firm, as indicated by 7 factors so interrelated that changing any factor may effect changes in other six factors. These are 3 'hard' factors: strategy, structure, and system; and 4 'soft' factors: style, shared values, skills, and staff.
