Reference time for a country or time zone, such the Greenwich mean time (GMT).

Amount of time (computed over a significant number of production cycles) it should take an average qualified worker (or group of workers) to complete a specified task working at a sustainable rate, while using given equipment, methods, practices, tools, materials, and workplace arrangements.
