Definition
A concept in web marketing that analyses the usability of a website for optimal convenience and rates its success in terms of how users react to the site. User durability testing is often used to improve the conversion rates of an online shopping cart in an effort to provide an easy method of checkout. In addition, it's used to fine-tune a product or service in focus groups.
