value network analysis (VNA)
Definition
A methodology for understanding, using, visualizing and optimizing the internal and external value networks of an organization that is dependent on knowledge exchange and collaborative relationships among all participants integral to the business. Companies that employ VNA seek to optimize the interactions among work groups, improve communication, and balance workflows.
