virtual real estate (VRE)
Definition
A content based website designed for the purpose of generating income through affiliate agreements and advertising which offers links to other sites and vendors that offer products for sale. If a customer purchases a product after accessing the vendor site through a VRE, the owner of the VRE will receive a payment.
